Welcome to the Customer Site Audit Program

The Site Audit is a service of the DeltaValve Maintenance and Service Department. The Customer Site Audit will be conducted by a DeltaValve representative with extensive coking operations and/or maintenance experience, as well as specific DeltaValve equipment expertise.

The intent of the Audit is to examine the customer's delayed coker unheading system from a holistic perspective with detailed recommendations for improvements in operations, maintenance, and safety. Systems to be examined include the hydraulic skid and components, hydraulic line runs, valve physical support systems, steam input, gasket condition, condensate outlet, and proximity switches. Valve performance and condition will also be measured by examination of steam trends. Safety will also be a critical component for the Audit and will include an examination from the perspective of maintenance, operations, and emergency response. Major findings will be discussed face-to-face with plant personnel during the Audit; all findings will be included in a detailed written report that will be sent to plant personnel.
